RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We hope you love every Chic + Ko find! Because we’re a small boutique with limited quantities, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. However, we’re happy to offer store credit within 14 days of receiving your order on eligible items.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, makeup and pet hair, and have all original tags attached.

FINAL SALE: Sale/clearance items, gift cards, accessories, beauty/personal-care items and anything specifically marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LOCAL PICKUP

Your 14-day return window begins on the date you receive your Ready for Pickup notification. Please contact us within that 14-day window if you need to make a return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect so we can make it right. 🤍

Because quantities are limited, we cannot guarantee that another size or replacement will be available. When an exchange isn’t possible, eligible returns will be issued as Chic + Ko store credit.
